Notification of Major Interests in shares

The company has today received notification that Juno Limited
purchased 750,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the company on 28 May 1998.

The total holding of Juno Limited following this purchase is
57,350,000 ordinary shares representing 50.02% of the company's issued
and outstanding ordinary shares.
