Shareholdings of new board members
Pursuant to the appointment of two new board members on 22 December 1997, the beneficial interests in the shares of the company of those directors at the date of appointment are hereby notified to be as follows:

On 7 January 97 notification was received that Mr Burne had purchased 1,000,000 shares of the company.
